Clement Jafet was born and raised in Paris, France. It was the culinary wonder that Paris is which spoke to Clement. He went on to study hospitality management at Ferrandi, the French School of Culinary Arts where he received his degree.

 

His career began as a server at Le Procope, a traditional French Cuisine restaurant. After honing his skills under the direction of several legendary restaurants of French cuisine (Le Fouquet's, La Lorraine, Ladurée...), he was ready to broaden his horizons and come to the United States in 2005.

 

It was here in New York City, where he climbed up the ranks. As captain at a small Provencal style French bistro, La Mangeorie, he learned the importance of making guests feel at home. After three years at La Mangeoire, Clement moved onto his next challenge as Service Director at Marseille, a French Brasserie in Midtown West Manhattan. It was here where he showed his commitment to leadership. When it comes to service, Clement aims to make guest satisfaction his number one priority, second is the happiness of his staff.

 

In 2015, Clement joined Blenheim as General Manager. Having worked in New York City for the last ten years, Clement has enjoyed the excitement of the restaurant business and has found his passion. He is very excited to be working alongside Chef Mazen Mustafa at Blenheim Restaurant
