How It Works

To purchase half a pig from our farm, please email heritagepork@blenheimhill.com. Please indicate when you would like to pick up your meat (the earliest pickup will be about 2 weeks from order) and we will follow up to schedule a pickup time at our restaurant in the West Village. To place an order, we ask for a $150 deposit, and the balance will be charged upon pickup. The amount of meat when broken down and packaged ranges from 40-60 lbs (at $9 per pound), so your balance after deposit will range from $210 -$390, depending on the yield of the pig.  We are required by New York State law to charge sales tax.

What Is Included:

You get all the parts of half a pig that was raised in our forests at Blenheim Hill Farm (about 40-60 lbs packaged weight).  We break the half side into our favorite cuts of meat, including bacon, pork belly, ham, chops and more. We also smoke the ham and bacon for you.  Everything is included in one flat price per pound, neatly packed and sealed. All you have to do is to clear space in your freezer and come pick up your order at our restaurant.

Note: If you have any specific requests for certain cuts of meat, please specify and we will work with you to tailor a package to your liking.

About Blenheim Pork

The pigs raised on Blenheim Hill Farm are a unique cross between two prized heritage breeds--Tamworth and Berkshire.  Our pigs graze and forage in the forests of our farm in the Catskills, and their diverse diet gives them a uniquely rich depth of flavor that we know you will enjoy.  They are never administered antibiotics or growth hormones.  Our trained farm staff husband and care for our animals, ensuring they live happy and healthy lives.
